Apparently it's really good that I don't earn as much as / more than my husband, because if I did then I would be a lesbian and guilty of filling the world with lesbians and I would have a bleeding butt and more sons of *'spirit filled' preachers would have no straight girls willing to go to the prom with them.
HERE* In this context 'spirit filled' means given to a great wailin-an-a-gnashin-of-the-teeth (brutha). Oh, and thumping things. An oxymoron, then, with optional oxy.

Oh god. I clicked on that just after I'd booted up and my volume was on 'full'. There's tea all over my keyboard :).
Hehehehehe
Didn't come out via your nostrils?
:-)
no, out of her but if the film is to be believed.
Mucky mare.
butt
Hi She W!
I know its hard enough being courteous to our neighbours in the US and remembering not to call it a bum, without recalling the American spelling. Even if, in this case 'No, it came out of her tramp' might make some sort of sense. Or is tramp only used in the US to mean slattern? Hey, that would work too and.... oh dear.
I just went to Jane's and couldnt comment. I wanted to say nice purse to the new item she bought and called wallet, except I couldn't because she also bought a handbag and called it purse, and I figured whatever compliment I made would be drowned by the inference that I was making a point or being awkward.
Vive la difference!
Where in the world did that come from? I had to watch it again because it took me a little while to realize the pictures were going along with the words!
That it FUNNY! I will have to use it. I have no idea what you mean by out of her tramp, and what is a slattern? And go ahead with the purse, wallet, and handbag. All us Yanks call them different things, too!
OK here we go:
The tea came out of Ally's:
Butt = bum
bum = tramp
tramp = slut
(slattern is the old fashioned, slightly posher name for a slut/tart/trollope/dirty woman)
You have to read it in the context of women with a brain all being lesbians, allegedly; then it would make rather horrific sense. And this is the point where I go and hide back under my rock......
It came out of everywhere. The cup, my mouth, my nose. But I shall keep tramping on ... :)

Hm, I *was* going to click on that link, but after seeing the comments I thought better of it.
Butt = bum
bum = tramp
tramp = slut
Those are the nice words in American English. The everyday-use words can be a bit worse. ;p
wise move.
:-)
Gawd that is amazing. I clicked on the back link and read where it came from - it's a REAL SERMON with the film added later. I thought it was a sort of bizarre comedy thing but it was REAL.
Last week one of my advanced students (yes, I have a few) told me that he'd downloaded some podcasts of sermons, and wanted me to help him understand this whole religious thing. I don't think what I told him would have helped him to understand if it was something like THAT.
