"Puh", indeed! Also "gasp", "whew" and "stone me it's hot!"

How people like it like this is as far beyond my comprehension as are quadratic equations.

Oh, honey, it's been so damn hot here. It's been 110 just like 15 miles away & doesn't look like it's going to be cooling off anytime soon.

Ohhh, puh...Hot, hot, hot here in Kansas City too. It is 10:22PM and is 90 degrees. The humidity is very high, making it even worse. They are saying it supposed to be 104 degrees tomorrow!!! Can we say "Global Warming"?

96 here in Boston with heat index of 105 and humidity at 73% - that translates to oppressive.

If that guy had a couple of boobs and a bunch of shaggy frizzy hair (from all this humidity and sweating) I'd swear that he was ME.

103 in Southern Missouri, heat index 110.

Yep, global frapping warming.

Well said. Hope you are feeling better and not too frustrated with the lemon-only diet. I have just been catching up with your last few posts ... x

Was hot here, too, but a nice mid-day rain gave us some relief.

Been missing ya. Trying to make my way back online.
