Blame the heat

Or you could always blame Jo over at inner girl, but however you choose to help me pass the buck on this one (or not), I've spent half the afternoon playing dress-up-doll all on my own, on the computer.

I followed a link from Jo's to the third version of the candybar doll maker, which has so many options that it really is a case of being thoroughly spoilt for choice.

I do have a problem which I am reminded of by this game; at least its a problem only when its not a positive asset, it just doesn't seem cut out for being of no relevance whatsoever. Not your fence-sitting kind of trait.

Unlike many who never have to think about these things but just seem to get on with getting on, I don't appear to know who I am.

I tried, and all of the following are me (coming as they do from my own imagination), yet I am none of the following. Friends, meet Dinky, Kinky and Wonky. Try not to get too attached or feed them or anything.

So, can you do any better? And if you already know who you are, would you want to do one for me?

Lol. Wonky looks like my kind of girl ;-)

The choice is immense. Too much maybe. I made about four dolls, but ended up going back to a pre made one - I just messed with her eyes and hair a bit...

Quite therapeutic exploring who you are like this...

I'm not going near that place. I don't like shopping malls. I'm strictly a boutique shopper. I get lost with too many choices. So I'll just take whichever one of yours you don't want, please. :)

I am not sure my comment worked. I don't see it. I think the dolls are cute! good job.

I confess I dabbled in dolls at xandorras place...my little secret. Good to know I'm not alone.

Although my doll ended up looking more appropriate for the Marquis De Sade.

I don't even want to know what that says about me.

Oh mega ROFL. I too got caught out by Jo's link and these things are definitely not my cup of tea. But I must have been there making a doll for all of 40 minutes!

I don't like the big-eyed look so in the end made myself a monster wearing mis-matched clothes - as hard as the system tried to co-ordinate me!

Seriously though, I think the technology and graphics behind it are very good for what is a doll maker.

So glad I am not the only anarchist having a go at it :-D

Dinky, Kinky and Wonky!

This requires some investigation ...

Oh dear lord, I'm flipping out. All I wanted was a plain tank top to go with my cargo pants and bare feet. I'm running for the safety of the Gap.

I love playing with those. There used to be a fat girl one which was more appropriate for me! I also like the Japanese graphics sites - here's a good link - http://www.startkabel.nl/k/cute/ & here's a 'portrait maker' - http://illustmaker.abi-station.com/index_en.shtml - I like your new profile pic by the way.
