Bollocks

They rang at five.

The bloods were very slightly elevated, probably angina or a viral infection. Would I mind grabbing my toothbrush and going back in to be strapped down, prodded and poked for the weekend. The cardiologist does his rounds tomorrow.

Think of me when you find this post - I will be going stir crazy! Those who know Wulfie, be nice to him, he's looking so crushed I've ended up apologising to him.

Love to you all. Be back soon.

I always joked that all the stress dealing with East Sussex County Council, fighting over Son's statement would end up giving me a heart attack. If I'm prone to prophecy like that I'll have to learn to keep my gob shut....... ;-)

At least you are able to prepare for this one.... hope you got your Sudoko book with you. Maybe you might even be able to put your feet up and have an enforced rest!

I'm so glad you managed to post a message. Hugs and may you make the most of the rest.

See you soon!

Strapped down, prodded and poked for the weekend? You don't by any chance live in Surbiton, do you?

Best wishes.

Billy.

More hugs. This seems a bit ineffectual but have one anyway.

I'll be thinking of you, Cheryl. Damn, I was sure it was heat exhaustion! Now I feel really lousy for laughing so hard at the original post. Keep us posted.

Hugs,

Your word verification just told me 'zbbjbidg,' which is more or less what I said when I read this post. How did it KNOW?

(((Hugs.))) I hope it turns out to be something mild and soon-get-overable.

I know I'd be a gibbering mess if I had to go into hospital for checks (NEEDLES!). But I also know that you will cope with it, because you have already demonstrated that you are the kind of person who can cope with medical emergencies (NEEDLES!) far better than I can.

(Will check on Wulfie now, see if he's falling apart yet...)

Damn Blogger! I'm thankful that I mistakenly signed your Thursday Thirteen list (My apologies for that. I thought it was a medical liability waiver.)
I SWEAR I was here before to offer concern and support.

I wrote something about me grilling Tom about your symptoms and what could be going on. He was so helpful, I wished I could have put him on a plane and sent him straight to your door. Not because he knows anything about cardiology, but because his bedside manners are a cross between Mother Teresa and Patch Adams. Which means if he can be patient, informative and kind, then they ALL can be.
How dare they put you through such a wringer!

I hope they're treating you so much better this weekend.
I hope you are setting them straight that patients are human beings who deserves answers and RESPECT.

Here's a hug from all four of us...

Thinking of you.

Yikes! Sorry to hear you're in the hospital!

I agree, you're a strong woman to still be posting to us, your friends and fans. Please get well soon. :)

Poor baby...

I know, I know, you are the strong one, I suppose that's why this freaks me out so much.

Missing you.

Heal well, fast and properly, love, Lori
